You receive 2–3 paths whenever possible: a “fix now,” a “fix right,” and a “prevent later” option. We’ll explain trade-offs, long-term risk, and what we’d do in our own home.

Verify, document, clean up
We test the repair, confirm normal operation, and document key details. The goal is to leave the home cleaner than we found it—no debris, no mystery.
